Speaker Ready Room
Seminarraum 02 / SR02 is the designated Speaker Ready Room. All presenters are required to submit and/or preview their slides at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled presentation to ensure compatibility with the congress AV equipment. The final version must be submitted to the Speaker Ready Room, no file submissions are accepted in the session rooms. Speakers are not allowed to use their own laptops for their presentations.
