Craig S. Derkay (United States of America)

Dr. Derkay is the Fine Endowed Professor of Otolaryngology and Pediatrics, Vice Chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School and the Director of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters where he has spent his entire career. Dr. Derkay has served as President of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology, the Society for Ear Nose and Throat Advances in Children and has Chaired the Pediatric Otolaryngology committee for the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the Otolaryngology Advisory Council for the American College of Surgeons. His RRP research is federally funded by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). He has published over 150 peer reviewed articles and more than 30 book chapters and has been a Visiting Professor at more than 25 different institutions.
