Formally known as the Kaohsiung Protocol, a legacy project of the ICCA 2020 Congress, the Global Association Meetings Protocol is aimed at creating a strategic recovery framework to guide the global meetings and events industry following on from the pandemic. Whilst it is a topic placed at the forefront of various organisations, hoping to tackle inevitable global issues. As such, two inspirational speakers: Ida Jeng Christensen and Katja Iversen, will illustrate how purpose-driven leadership may be put into action and their respective views on how this process can be accelerated.
