In an ever-changing world with vast levels of uncertainties, the need for purpose is arguably increasing. Whilst it is a topic placed at the forefront of various organisations, hoping to tackle inevitable global issues. As such, two inspirational speakers: Ida Jeng Christensen and Katja Iversen, will illustrate how purpose-driven leadership may be put into action and their respective views on how this process can be accelerated. The session will end with a Q&A wherein you are invited to partake in the discussion on purpose-driven leadership.
