Elina Tselepidakis Page is an agricultural economist for the Economic Research Service of the US Department of Agriculture. Her current research investigates the relationship between food safety information and demand, specifically household consumption behavior in response to food product recalls. Elina also works extensively with household-level data, including the Information Resources, Inc. (IRI) Consumer Network and the National Household Food Acquisition and Purchase Survey (FoodAPS). Elina received Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park. She has a B.A. degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
