Sumin Zhou received Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Physics from The University of Chicago and is currently a Full Professor and Director of Physics at the Department of Radiation Oncology, University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is interested in mage-based, patient-specific, and non-uniform radiotherapy treatment margin design, application of functional imaging in treatment planning and outcome prediction, tumor control and normal tissue complication probability modeling, organ motion management in radiotherapy, and FLASH radiotherapy.
