I started my research journey as a Radiation Biologist in the area Radiprotectors development for armed forces. After successful PhD my radioprotection interests led me to Brookhaven National Laboratory where I studied the impact of High Energy and High LET particles on DNA damage and repair in CNS system and Space Radioprotection. Presently, I am studying the radiobiological effectiveness of Laser-driven charged particles at Ultra-high dose rate in Cancers, especially in Glioblastoma.
