Session Description
New insights into immune system disorders – what does this mean for managing primary and secondary immunodeficiency? - Symposium is Organised and Supported by CSL BehringSession Description
This CSL Behring-sponsored symposium, led by prominent experts in immunology and haem-oncology, will deliver insights into our evolving understanding of primary immunodeficiency (PID) and secondary immunodeficiency (SID). Sessions will focus on the importance of immune-microbe interactions in immune system disorders, the blurred lines between PID and SID, the risk of SID-associated infections in haematological malignancies and how personalised therapy may be appropriately delivered for patients with immunodeficiencies. These sessions will also identify important unmet needs in immune system disorders and discuss how these may be addressed to optimise patient care.
