Today, CHS digital health platform serves millions of patients in tens of millions of interactions monthly and has created a dramatic change in how healthcare is perceived and delivered in Israel and became a global benchmark for nationwide digital health deployments. Dr. Bahagon has also been a founding team member of several successful digital health companies. Following the acquisition of his first company, he founded Qure Ventures – Israel's first digital health focused fund. Dr. Bahagon serves today as the Active Chairman of Sweetch – a disruptive AI-poewered patient engagement platform. Dr. Bahagon also serves as a special advisor for the World Health Organization, as well as an Advisory Board member of several leading international organizations including, among others, Best Buy Health, Almirall Pharmaceuticals, and Biocat's Digital Health Accelerator.

Katharine Barnard, Professor of Health Psychology, specializes in the psychosocial impact and management of illness and long-term conditions. Her longstanding research career spans models of healthcare, process evaluation, quality of life, psychosocial impact, functional health status, psychological burden and their relationship with biomedical outcomes. Recently, Katharine was awarded FDA MDDT qualification for the INSPIRE psychosocial measures, the first such accolade for diabetes. Katharine Chairs the FDA Global Collaborative Community to reduce incidents of self-injury and suicide by people with diabetes. She sits on the editorial boards of several high impact international journals and research advisory boards and has published over 230 scientific articles.

Dr. Antoine Barraud is an engineer by training and currently entrepreneur as co-CEO and co-Founder at AMF Medical. With over 18 years of experience in technology, product development and industrialization, he has worked in various industries as Space, Watch, Life Sciences and Medtech. Antoine started working on Diabetes Technology during his PhD at the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne. He successfully co-developed a micropump technology for insulin, which was taken over by Sensile Medical in their drug delivery products. Then he developed the subcutaneous interface of an implantable glucose sensor. After this, he joined the industry in developing automated bioreactors for biological experiments in space, and contributed to different products for space applications. Later, Antoine joined the Watch industry in the industrialization and manufacturing of high volumes components. In 2014, Antoine co-founded Advanced Microfluidics, a Life Sciences technology company. In parallel Antoine developed a better technology and product concept for insulin delivery, and co-founded AMF Medical. Antoine holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics, and a PhD in Biosensing, both from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Tadej Battelino University of Ljubljana, Ljubljana, Slovenia Tadej Battelino completed his medical degree at the University of Ljubljana in 1990. He completed a PhD focusing on glucose metabolism in neonatal endotoxic shock in 1996. He completed his clinical fellowship at Loyola University of Chicago, USA, and his postdoctoral fellowship at INSERM, Paris, France. Professor Battelino is currently Consultant and Head of Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology, UMC Ljubljana, Head, Chair of Pediatrics, and Professor of Paediatrics at Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana. He is PI on several publicly funded research projects in the field of diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism, and was awarded the Slovene national award for research in 2014, Gold medal for research at the University of Ljubljana in 2017, and the ISPAD Achievement Award in 2020. Professor Battelino serves on the editorial boards for the journals Diabetes Care, Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology and Metabolism, Acta Diabetologica, and was Editor for the European Journal of Endocrinology from 2009 to 2015. He has authored or co-authored over 297 papers in international peer-reviewed journals and participated chapters to several international books. He has a cumulative h index of 55. Professor Battelino is a member of numerous professional associations including the American Diabetes Association (ADA), European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) and the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD), for which he served as President for the 35th Annual Congress. He served on the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) council and is co-organizer of fourteen annual meetings of the Advanced Technologies and Treatment of Diabetes - ATTD. He is elected Honorary member of the Italian Society for Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetology (SIEDP) and the Hellenic Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology (EEPEE). Professor Battelino is a member of the Slovenian Medical Academy, Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SAZU), and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
