Barbara Friedland, MPH is a clinical/behavioral researcher focused on HIV prevention product development. Friedland led the PLHIV Stigma Index update process for Project SOAR, in collaboration with UNAIDS, ICW, GNP+, USAID, Johns Hopkins University, RTI International, and global PLHIV networks.
