Dr. Kay is the Associate Director of the Baylor Global Tuberculosis Program. Dr. Kay is based full time at the Baylor Center of Excellence in Eswatini where he leads TB clinical care and a clinical research program focused on improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of child TB and HIV.
