Dr. Markmann is a post-doctoral and clinical fellow in Infectious Diseases at UNC. She is an expert in antibody structure and function and studies antibody and memory B-cell responses after Zika, Dengue, and SARS-CoV-2 infections in the laboratory of Aravinda de Silva.
