Amanda has also worked in STI Epidemiology at the Gorgas Memorial Institute in Panama City since 2012; she is currently finishing her PhD at LSHTM. Her research focuses on STIs and social determinants related to infection among adolescents in the indigenous lands of the Comarca Ngäbe-Buglé, Panama.
