Ms. Cynthia Shi is a PhD candidate at the Yale School of Public Health and an F31 NIMH predoctoral fellow at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS. Her research addresses HIV testing coverage and linkage to care for marginalized and hard-to-reach populations.
